Terms of Service – Power Pitch Softball, Inc.

By using the website https://ppsleague.com or participating in any programs, events, or activities organized by Power Pitch Softball (“we,” “our,” or “the League”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all players, parents or guardians of minors, coaches, volunteers, and other participants.

To participate in the League, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration and comply with all rules and policies of the League. Power Pitch Softball reserves the right to modify schedules, rules, and league operations at any time. The League also reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove participants who fail to comply with these Terms or who engage in unsafe or unsportsmanlike behavior.

Participation in softball activities carries inherent risks of injury, including collisions, falls, or equipment-related incidents. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any resulting injury, illness, or damage. All participants, including minors, must agree to the League’s liability waiver and accept that the League, its organizers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation.

All participants are required to obtain and maintain league-approved insurance coverage. Insurance may be provided through the League or an approved third-party provider. Coverage may not include all injuries or expenses, and participants are responsible for any costs not covered. Failure to maintain required insurance may result in suspension or removal from participation without refund.

Minors under 18 may participate in League activities only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians must approve all registrations, agree to all waivers, and accept all Terms on behalf of the minor. Any minor registering without proper consent will not be permitted to participate. Parents or guardians confirm by registration that they have read and agree to all Terms, waivers, and policies.

Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times. This includes following all rules of the game, complying with field regulations, and avoiding actions that could harm themselves or others. The League may enforce disciplinary measures for violations, including suspension or removal from events, without refund.

Power Pitch Softball does not guarantee game schedules, field conditions, participation outcomes, or any other aspect of league operations. We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events due to weather, field conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By registering or participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service, the liability waiver, the Privacy Policy, and all other League rules and policies. You also agree that any disputes arising from participation or use of the website will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Florida for any such disputes.
